CLASSES. We will offer a variety of classes and workshops throughout the year, from self defense to gardening to ancient healing arts. A special emphasis will be placed on mindfulness and healthy eating, with cooking demonstrations.
GUEST SPEAKERS. We are also excited to host local fitness, nutrition and healthcare experts periodically throughout the year. If there is a topic of particular interest to you, let us know. Our goal is to create an active learning community that inspires personal growth and encourages a healthy lifestyle.

The Integrated Fitness Cookbook
Our Pilates-Inspired Cookbook is a collection of healthy recipes gathered by our staff, clients, family and friends. Inspired by some of the same principles of The Pilates Method, including balance and control, we created recipes that promote the use of sustainable, organic, whole foods from local farms, and encourage smart choices while still living life with 'spontaneous zest and pleasure'.
