Thai Yoga Healing

 

Assisted Thai Yoga has its foundations in the Buddhist traditions and is influenced by both the Indian and Chinese cultures. Each session is done on a mat while compression, acupressure and stretching techniques are used to facilitate the healing power of the body, clear the mind and uplift the spirit. Some of the many benefits include improving blood and lymph circulation, flushing out wastes, breaking up muscle and fascial adhesions while stretching and lengthening those tissues, increasing range of motion and improving joint functioning. This work can also bring clients into their parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for deep relaxation and rejuvenation at a cellular level.
